The City of Burleson Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on September 2, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 141 W. Renfro for the following:
· Public hearing and consideration of a rezoning of Lot 15, Block 12, The Gardens subdivision (624 Maple Street), from (SF7) single-family zoning district to (SP) site plan zoning district. (Case No. 08-107)
All interested citizens will be given the opportunity to speak and be heard.

The City of Burleson City Council gives notice of a Public Hearing on Auguest 28, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 141 W. Renfro for the following:
· Public Hearing and consideration of a request by Chesapeake Operating, Inc., for a gas well drilling permit for three (3) gas wells, known as the Willow Creek B Unit 2H, 3H and 4H, on an existing pad site located at 633 Mockingbird Lane. (Case Nos. 08-108 and 08-112).
